Our HelpDesk is at your disposal to respond to your technical questions, configuration requests or incident resolutions. We can work remotely, directly on your PC and servers. Our response times are very fast : in most cases, we can solve the issues during the call or within the hour.
We operate throughout the Suisse Romande region. The on-site option completes the HelpDesk support. We will come to you if we can’t fix the problem remotely.
If your call is an urgent priority, we will guarantee minimum response time when production is blocked
