the main new aspects are :
- Social dimension:
- On all cases or elements that are being followed, real time information on ongoing activities. For example, the person responsible for a customer is informed when other people from the company contact him if he has an after sales service problem or any activities concerning him
- Direct data entry and reduced pop-up
- Yammer integration
